I love my purchase! I do feel the fabric could have been attached to the purse more neatly, but the overall look is divine. Unfortunately, they took a lot of time to deliver (to Karachi); over a month and a week since my order date. I hope they work on their customer service and query systems because nobody from their team was responding to me anywhere, whether email, Whatsapp or social media.
