PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE WITH US:
- Product(s) can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase/invoice.
- Due to the differences in color, monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- No Exchange Will Be Catered Without Invoice In Stores & Online.
- For online exchange, orders placed within Pakistan, Rs.150 will be charged by the courier company, rider will come again and you will have to exchange it with him.
- International Orders can be exchanged by sending the item back. Once the item is received the exchanged articles will be dispatched. Shipping cost will apply.
- Sale Items Are Strictly Non-Refundable Non-Exchangeable.
- Customised Items Are Non-Refundable Non-Exchangeable.
- Used Items Will Not Be Catered Under Any Circumstances.
