Customization & Repairs

CUSTOMISATION

Customizations are done in categories of sizes and colors and only if the fabric is available at the back end.

Steps for customization:
  1. Select your desired article.
  2. Mention “Customisation: <your name><code of the desired article>” in the subject section of the email and email us at customercare@mochari.pk
  3. Email us with how you’d like us to customize it for example if you need a customized size or a specific color in your desired article or any other customization you have in mind.
  4. Put in your contact details and one of our customer representatives will get back to you within 24 hours and will discuss thoroughly with you before confirming the order.

Once the order is confirmed for a customized item full payment is to be made in advance, details will be shared via confirmation email.

Customized orders are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
Please note customized orders will be processed within 7-10 working days depending upon changes and availability of resources.

REPAIRS

Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, our footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required. If you feel the shoes or accessories purchased have a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase the same or very next day of purchase.

Repairs will take 14 working days from the day product is received. 

Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to broken hardware/heels/broaches/beads and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than MOCHARI.

Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

The warranties offered herein by MOCHARI. are nontransferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than MOCHARI.
