I had my eye on this bag for quite some time because I really loved the print and color, and since it comes from a reputable company, I decided to place an order.
I received my order on time. While the color is slightly different from what was shown in the pictures (which may be due to lighting or camera effects), my main concern is the quality of the finishing. The stitching/finishing at the back of the bag is not neat and appears untidy. Additionally, the zipper is quite stiff and does not open or close smoothly, which makes it inconvenient to use.
I also reached out via WhatsApp regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Therefore, I felt it was important to share my feedback here.
I believe that accepting constructive feedback along with compliments is a healthy way to improve a business and build customer trust and loyalty. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and resolved.
