The shoes were crudely made, even for a custom sized order this doesn't make sense. The sole is smaller even for my foot but the rest of the body is bigger than the sole, and it looks like the sole will come out any time. Because of which it's not at all comfortable to wear. There are glue marks all over and tips of both shoes are unequal. I then messaged them on insta and WhatsApp, expressing my disappointment, asking for refund. But I've been blocked on WhatsApp. No reply on insta and messenger. And their email and phone number don't work. Also, got my order after numerous calls and messages that they were ignoring for more than 20 days. At this point, I've realised they're nothing but scammers.
